Wafer Microstructuring

In the first step, the wafers are pro­vided with hundreds of micro­structures using advanced manu­facturing processes.

Wafer bonding

In the second step, the wafers made of glass or silicon are bonded together.

Microcomponent after dicing

The wafers are then diced to create individual microcom­ponents.
