Flow reactors
–
–

PLANOPTIK develops and manufactures microstructured mixers and flow reactors made of glass, quartz, and glass-silicon combinations. These materials are well suited for microfluidic applications due to their chemical inertness, transparency, and thermal stability, enabling precise process control and easy cleaning. Their resistance to aggressive media makes PLANOPTIK’s flow reactors ideally suited for chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis.

Starter sets
–
–
PLANOPTIK’s Flow Chemistry Starter Sets are designed to introduce trainees to flow chemistry applications and support those already working in the field. The Starter Sets are developed for laboratory-scale syntheses and for industrial production. They enable a straightforward transfer from batch processes to continuous processes using standard laboratory equipment.

Phase separator

PLANOPTIK’s Phase Separator is fully automated and ensures continuous separation under varying conditions. The system is not limited to liquid media; it also enables the separation of liquid-gas mixtures. The Phase Separator includes on-board calibration for the media to be separated.
