Veräußerung der AIRTUNE GmbH
Elsoff, 18.12.2025 – Die PLANOPTIK AG hat heute 100% der Anteile an der AIRTUNE GmbH veräußert. Die Veräußerung wird keinen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf das Ergebnis der PLANOPTIK AG haben.
Die AIRTUNE GmbH produziert und vermarktet Produkte zur Beseitigung von Gerüchen und zählte damit bei vergleichsweise niedrigen Umsätzen nicht zum Kerngeschäft des PLANOPTIK Konzerns.
Die Veräußerung erfolgte im Zusammenhang mit der Fokussierung auf das Kerngeschäft. Mit den frei werdenden Ressourcen soll der Vertrieb für besonders aussichtsreiche, rentable und wachstumsstarke Produkte der Mikrosystemtechnik gestärkt werden.

Sale of AIRTUNE GmbH
Elsoff, 18.12.2025 – PLANOPTIK AG today sold 100% of its shares in AIRTUNE GmbH. The sale will have no significant impact on PLANOPTIK AG’s results.
AIRTUNE GmbH manufactures and markets products for odor elimination and, with its comparatively low sales, was not part of the PLANOPTIK Group’s core business.
The sale was made in connection with the company’s focus on its core business. The resources freed up by the sale will be used to strengthen sales of particularly promising, profitable, and high-growth products in the field of microsystems technology.
