13.03.2025 – According to preliminary figures, the PLANOPTIK Group generated revenue of EUR 11,861 thousand in the 2024 financial year. In the 2023 financial year, revenue amounted to EUR 13,253 thousand.

The decline in the past financial year is primarily due to the fact that major customers and their customers reduced their inventories and thus intensified the negative effects of the already poor market environment.

As a result, EBITDA fell to EUR 1,761 thousand, compared to EUR 3,075 thousand in the previous year. EBIT amounted to EUR 1,024 thousand (previous year: EUR 2,321 thousand) and EBT to EUR 1,085 thousand (previous year: EUR 2,299 thousand). Net profit for the year amounted to EUR 700 thousand (previous year: EUR 1,669 thousand).

For the 2025 financial year, however, PLANOPTIK AG again expects an improvement in consolidated revenue and earnings. However, the revenue and earnings figures from 2023 are unlikely to be achieved again. This also applies against the backdrop of trade policy risks for the global economy.

PLANOPTIK AG will publish its consolidated figures in accordance with IFRS from the 2025 half-year report.
